Her career spans diverse industries—including education, healthcare, energy, and Fortune 100 telecommunications—where she has held strategic HR leadership roles and served as a trusted business partner to executive teams.

As the founder of PrimeHR, Brenda brings deep expertise in organizational development, talent strategy, leadership coaching, and employee relations. Her firm specializes in training and development solutions that empower leaders and teams to grow, adapt, and excel in today’s dynamic business environment. From custom leadership programs to frontline employee training, Brenda is committed to building learning cultures that fuel performance and retention.

Brenda’s strength lies in her ability to build strong, authentic relationships with clients. Her approach is rooted in trust, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering measurable results. Brenda holds a B.A. in Political Science from Jackson State University, as well as two master’s degrees—one in Management and Human Resources from Belhaven University and another in Business Management & Administration from Concordia University Chicago. She is currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Leadership at Concordia University Chicago.
